At the beginning of March 2008, there was a malfunction of the water main in Groningen. Around 220,000 people were left without water.
In May of this year Verkley received the order for the connection of 35 houses and holiday homes to the pressurised sewer system in the nature reserve ‘The Rottige Meente’ in Weststellingwerf.
